I worked as the part timer of the assistant for moving at the moving company that it's famous for the mark of the panda temporarily in last spring.
Sometimes I remember I still sometimes remember those days. I went to the work 4 or 5days a week. It was really hard .
A moving company began to work at 7:00.am everyday, and finish was 10:00.pm when it was late. I worked mainly within the Yamanashi prefecture, and sometimes I also worked at Hachiouji-city in Tokyo.
Moreover, my day off that it selected in advance lost suddenly because of the work sometimes....(T_T)
The main work was helping, to be concentrate, we went to the house of the person who moved with other assistant, and it carried out furniture or a refrigerator, and it was work it did them newly, and it carried it to the new address, and to post those things in the new room.
In addition, it was one of the important work to clean the room of the visitor neatly before carrying out furniture.
As for the thing to carry out, it was various from small tableware to a big closet, and I had to carry those things really carefully, so I always felt really high puressure(^^;), so the work didn't readily progress, and there was it when it was angry at a senior in the days of the beginning and lost some confidence.
But I was able to regain own little by little by having been gradually used to work.
Through this work, I could learn many important things such as a sense of responsibility with working. I think it was very good experience for me.
I don't work part-time now, but if I get a question "Do you want to work as a mover again?" from someone, I would certainly answer "no"!(^^;)

Hi Takashi. Working as a mover sure seems like a lot of hard work. I would certainly have trouble doing rough manual labor that many hours a week. I was confused as to what you meant by "Sometimes I remember I still sometimes remember those days.". However you remember it though, it seems like even though it was hard work you got a lot out of it.
